FLYCATCHER 16/25 Pgymy Blue Flycatcher

Pygmy Blue Flycatcher
Alas a bad shot but a lifer for the weekend morning to Awana. Jason got a better pic and Lim too. I guess I was not patient enuf and wondered off to chance on other lifers. Bird luck to you.............

One of the tiniest flycatcher that is a resident of Malaysia. It is less than 10cm in size that is 4 inches imperial scale. Got it near the Hill Blue territory following a pair of Yellow breasted Warblers which was tagging with a bunch of Silver Breasted Broadbills which perch and pose in front of you now and then. Glamorous like the Oranged breasted Trogon which the latter did show up at its usual spot.

Latest sighting  October 2019 was a chance sighting It was in a birdwave of othey tiny birds of Fulvetta, Shrike-babbler and Fantail.
