RAPTOR & ACCIPITER 24/35 - Oriental Honey Buzzard
OK Mike Chong have id it for me it is definately a Oriental Honey Buzzard.
Checked in OBC database ...........it is an Indian subspecie Notice black eyes
and slender neck and grey headed
